Flight School Marketing Pricing

Three programs, sized to your fleet. Two are priced on the card and the third is built around your operation.

What changes when you move up

The ladder is additive. Each program keeps everything below it and adds the work listed here.

Ramp Up to Six Pack

  • Your templated site becomes a custom build
  • Your monthly report becomes a meeting with an account manager
  • One content piece a month becomes five or six
  • Keyword strategy gets added
  • Ads management stops being a paid add-on and comes with the program
  • CRM support gets built around your process

Six Pack to Enterprise

  • Content roughly doubles, from five or six pieces to twelve or fourteen
  • Design production gets added: flyers, banners, trifolds
  • Video and media editing get added
  • Social media templates get added

What this looks like when it works

Three schools, named, with the numbers they actually produced.

348 leads
Hawkins Flight Academy in six months at $47.90 blended cost per lead, starting from zero trackable leads.
22 to 53
Summit Flight Academy qualified inquiries a month.
3x
Sun City Aviation Academy monthly leads over two years.

One thing to know before you pick

Ramp Up is a starting point, not the program. It has no keyword strategy, and ads are a paid add-on rather than part of the work, which means it will not move a school that already runs four or more aircraft. If that is you and you pick it anyway, you spend a year waiting on results the program was never built to produce. We will say so on the call rather than sell it to you.

Questions we get about pricing

What does flight school marketing cost?

Two published prices and one custom tier. Ramp Up is $1,000 a month and covers a templated site, one blog post a month, and CRM access. Six Pack is $3,000 a month and adds a custom website, ads management, a monthly keyword cluster, and five to six content pieces. Enterprise is priced to your operation: twelve to fourteen content pieces plus design, video, and social production, scoped on a call.

What is included at each tier?

The comparison table lists all eleven line items side by side. The short version: Ramp Up gets you a working site and lead capture, Six Pack adds the marketing engine, and Enterprise adds creative production.

Is ad spend included?

No. At Six Pack and Enterprise we manage your ads, but the ad budget is billed by the platform and paid by you. That keeps your spend visible and under your control. At Ramp Up, ads management is not in the retainer: you can add it for $500 a month, and the ad budget is still separate.

Can I move between programs?

Yes. Ramp Up is built to graduate into Six Pack, and most schools that start there move up inside a year. You can move up at any point in your term.

Can I get something in between the programs?

Ramp Up and Six Pack are fixed. You get what the card says at the price the card says, and there is nothing to negotiate between them. That is deliberate, because scoping every deal from scratch is how a program gets watered down until nobody can say what it was supposed to do. Enterprise is the exception, and only because it has to be: a school running ten aircraft across two locations and a school running thirty at one field need different work, so we set that scope with you on the call.

Is there a minimum term?

Six months minimum, and we plan on a twelve month cycle. The work compounds: the keyword clusters and content built in month three are what rank in month nine. A school that stops in month seven pays for the setup and misses the return.

What about onboarding costs and add-ons?

Onboarding is a one-time fee, charged on top of the first month: $500 on Ramp Up, $1,500 on Six Pack, and $2,000 on Enterprise. It covers the business deep dive, account and tracking setup, and the weekly checkpoints through your first month. There is one published add-on, ads management at Ramp Up for $500 a month. Anything beyond that gets scoped on the call.

What makes Right Rudder Marketing different?

We are pilots who run a marketing shop, and we work with flight schools only. You are not explaining what a discovery flight is, why a checkride slips, or why your CFIs keep leaving for the airlines. The keyword research, the ad copy, and the content all start from someone who has sat in the seat you are sitting in.
